Return of the Boxhead – My How He’s Grown July 19, 2011

I bought these nesting boxes for Dylan for his birthday, not realizing until after we got them that they were the same as a toy we had borrowed from Aunt Bobi when Parker was younger.

This is Parker when he was a baby {sniff, sniff}.

Parker was excited to wear it on his head again and crown Dylan as the new boxhead.  So cute.

Happy birthday little one!

Grami was the hit of the show in her clown suit :).  Thanks Grami!  Dylan loved it.

He was pretty delighted with Papa’s clown nose too!

Cake time went over about as well as usual at a one-year-old birthday party .

Dylan: “You’re kidding, right?”

Parker: “I’ll do it for him.”

Dylan: “I SAID I DIDN’T WANT IT!!!”

The big kids were happy to eat them though!

We ended the party with balloon tying. They were not overly impressed with my balloon tying skills (they aren’t very impressive skills afterall), but they had fun trying it for themselves!
